Wroclaw Fashion Outlet- Futura Park

This is the second project developed by Neinver in Poland after Ursus. The outlet in Wroclaw includes a 13.000 sqm factory outlet and a 18.000 sqm retail park and is anchored by Alma and Castorama. It is located some 4 kms to the west of the city centre and like other Factory Outlet concepts should benefit from a large catchment area. In November 2015 LaSalle Investment Management and Aviva Investors acquired the retail park for 27 M€. In 2016, the VIA Outlets joint-venture (APG, Hammerson, Meyer Bergman and Value Retail) acquired the factory outlet along with 3 other European outlets,
