Shopping centre located in the southern outskirts of the city, by the main road to Poznan, next to a densely populated area. Achored by a Carrefour hypermarket, the 8.400 sqm shopping arcade used to accommodate 3 medium-sized stores (representing 3.000 sqm). It was the first shopping centre to open in this area of Bydgoszcz. A project to totally remodel and extend it is currently under way. The shopping centre will then offer 17.000 sqm of retail. The shopping arcade will be redeveloped into an outlet centre (the first one of the region) The 5.000 sqm hypermarket will also be refurbished. The centre will then be called Metropolitan Outlet Bydgoszcz. Investors : Carrefour Polska/ White Star Real Estate. Neinver will work jointly with Carrefour Polska on this project and be in charge of its management. Opening scheduled Autumn 2019.
