- The city of Verviers is divided by the river Vesdre. The project developed by Foruminvest aimed to link the two banks, as the building would have litteraly bridge over the river. But the covering of the river was highly disputed and the project was rejected by administrative authorities. A new project situated along the river was authorized by regional authorities in October 2010. with a new developer/investor : City Mall. Since 2014, the project is managed by Banimmo.
