The building formely occupied by Karstadt Sport on Prager Strasse (n°17) has been remodelled to accomodate some 52.000 sqm of retail area on 4 levels. Peek & Cloppenburg is the major anchor with 12.000 sqm. Developers /investors : Multi Development and Karstadt. Investment : 300 Mio €. Corio acquired it in 2010 along with Forum Duisburg and 5 Multi projects under development, now in the Klepierre portfolio. A remodelling and a new marketing mix was undertaken until end 2014. Media Markt relocated on a 5.000 sqm store and its former store (8.000 sqm) was taken over by Primark.
