This two storey shopping arcade is located in a block formed by four streets : Calle Arrastate, Calle Urbieta, Calle San Marcial and Calle Loiola, and is the remodelling of the food market "San Martin". The building is divided in two blocks by a cover street. It accomodates two anchors : Fnac (first store in the region) and Zara and many food stores. In 2014, Zara open a 4.600 sqm megastore (by taking over the Bershka and Oysho stores and the fitness club). Developers : City of San Sebastian, Inmobiliara Frontera.
