Originally a project of retail park called Object'Ifs and developed next to the south ringway and by the N158(road to Alençon) just opposite to the Leclerc Ifs shopping centre. Built in an oval shape, surrounding the parking lot, it would have been anchored by La Grande Récré, C&A, La Halle. This scheme was rejected by local authorities end 2007, and by national authorities in Feb 2008. A new project is developed around a 10.500 sqm factory outlet centre (for some 80 shops) to be completed by a "classic shopping arcade" and 2 medium-sized stores. A l'origine, projet de retail park appelé Object'Ifs et situé à proximité du boulevard périphérique sud et en bordure de la N158 (route d'Alençon) juste en façe du centre commercial Leclerc Ifs dont les principales locomotives devaient être La Grande Récré, C&A, La Halle. Ce projet a essuyé le refus de la CDEC fin 2007 et celui de la CNEC en février 2008. Un nouveau projet est développé autour d'un village de marques de 10.500 m2 (pour env 80 boutiques) qui sera complété par une galerie marchande "classique" et deux moyennes surfaces.
