Located north-west of Napoli, the shopping centre is anchored by an Auchan hypermarket (11.500 sqm of sales area)and accomodates some 100 shops on a single level. It is completed by a 40.000 sqm retail park (11 medium-sized stores situated each side of the shopping centre, including Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Euronics, Eldo...). The centre was sold along with 14 other properties by Immochan to Morgan Stanley in October 2013 (Immochan keeping a minority stake) for 635 M €.
