- Shopping centre developed by Hornbach, BAI (Bauträger Austria Immobilien) and Ekazent in the northern outskirts of Wien, next to the "Eibesbrunn" crossroads. it includes two buildings : one accomodating a shopping centre (58.000 sqm) and the other one a "Fachmarktzentrum"- FMZ (12.000 sqm). In February 2014, ECE aquired it from BAI. Ehl Immobilien manages the FMZ for ECE.
