- This two storey shopping centre is located in the 19th district of Wien, (north of the city) in a former paper factory which has been restructurated (architect : Peter Lorenz) . It is anchored by an Interspar hypermarket (3.800 sqm of sales area) and accomodates several medium-sized stores like Hervis, H&M, Thalia....The shopping centre is completed with offices. The metro line 4 services it. In 2010 Interio replaced Cosmos. It is owned by the 50/50 joint venture Allianz Real Estate/SES.
