- Two storey shopping centre located in the western outskirts of Wels, next the A8 highway. It is developed around an existing MaxiMarkt supermarket (which has been renovated) Phase 1 (Maximarkt and several shops) opened in march 2005, phase 2 opened April 2006 with new anchors like Media Markt, H&M, C&A. Not far from it, is located the SCW shopping centre, which opened in October 2005.
