This project is a part of the urban scheme "Euronantes" under development on "Ilot Beaulieu", which includes the creation of some 200.000 sqm of office areas. Tripode will be a shopping hub dedicated to housewares anchored by a 6.000 sqm Castorama. It will also accomodate 20.000 sqm of offices, 9.000 sqm of housing and hotels. This shopping hub will complete the commercial offer of the Beaulieu shopping centre, currently under expansion. Developers : Nexity/Axa Reim. Ce projet fait partie du programme de rénovation urbaine "Euronantes" en cours de développement sur l'ilôt Beaulieu, qui prévoit la création d'environ 200.000 m2 de bureaux. Tripode comprendra un ensemble commercial dédié à l'équipement de la maison (avec pour locomotive un Castorama de 6.000 m2) ainsi que 20.000 m2 de bureaux, 9.000 m2 de logements et des hôtels. Ce pôle complêtera l'offre commercial du centre commercial Beaulieu, en cours d'extension. Promoteurs : Nexity/Axa Reim. Promoteur du projet Euronantes : SAMOA (Sté d'Aménagement de la Métropole Ouest Atlantique). Projet gelé à l'heure actuelle du fait du retrait de Axa Reim et Castorama.
