Alpes The Style Outlets (F)

Project of factory outlet centre located in the Bellegarde district, by the A40 highway developed by Bergerac Estates in cooperation with the local authorities of Bellegarde. The project (25.000 sqm, 135 shops) was rejected by national administrative authorities in November 2007. MAB acquired the project in october 2008. A smaller project (16.150 sqm of sales area, 95 shops) was authorized by national authorities in May 2010. It is now owned by Neinver. In May 2014 all venues have been exhausted and the Counsil of State gave (another) green light to the project.
Projet de centre de magasins d'usine situé à proximité de Bellegarde, en bordure de l'autoroute A40, développé par Bergerac Estates en collaboration avec la municipalité de Bellegarde. Le projet initial (25.000 m2 pour environ 135 boutiques) a été rejeté par la CNEC en novembre 2007. MAB a acquis le projet en octobre 2009. Un projet plus modeste (16.150 m2 de surface de vente, 95 boutiques) a finalement reçu le feu vert de la CNAC en mai 2010. Le projet est désormais la propriété de Neinver. En mai 2014, le Conseil d'Etat a (à nouveau) donné son feu vert au projet.
