Gran Via

Located at the top of Preciados, Gran Via is witnessing a very strong rebirth. This street used to be one of the best streets in Spain in the 60's, then went very down but over the last months has became by far the most attractive and changing street in the country . H&M was the first major retailer to reopen here. Primark has been authorized by local authorities to open a 15.000 sqm store (in 4 floors) in the building at n°32 with a street access between H&M and Sephora. In 2015, Mango finally gave up to purchase the Palacio de la Musica from Caja Madrid. C&A opened in 2013 a 2.500 sqm store at n°48 but closed it end 2016.
