Ikea Centre Development has developed a shopping hub next to the intersection of the A63 and A64 highways. it is anchored by a 24.000 sqm Ikea store, a Carrefour hypermarket and accomodate 10 medium-sized stores and some 80 shops. A further extension of this project will be possible as the land plot occupies some 23 h. Catchment area : more than 1 M inhabitants including the spanish customers from the Ikea store). Ikea store opened first in August 2015. Complete opening : October 2017. For the time being the opening of Primark has been frozen by the national authorities (CNAC).
Pôle commercial développé par Ikea à proximité de l'intersection des autoroutes A63 et A64, autour d'un magasin Ikea de 23.000 m2 et d'un hypermarché Carrefour. Il accueille une dizaine de moyennes surfaces et environ 70 boutiques. Une extension ultérieure du pôle sera envisageable puisque l'emprise foncière est d'environ 23 hectares. Zone de chalandise : plus d'un million d'habitants (en tenant compte de la clientèle espagnole du magasin Ikéa). La première phase consistait en l'ouverture du magasin Ikea en août 2015, Pour l'instant l' ouverture de Primark a été gelée par la CNAC.
