- The Millenium Hall shopping centre is located approx. 4km and to the south of the city centre. This will be a multifunctional centre, with the retail having approx.56 600 m2, entertainment 17 000 m2 (including a 10-screen, 3 000 sqm multiplex Cinema City multiplex) and the business section a further 5 000 m2. It will also accomodate a 102-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Investor : Develop Investment acquired it from Conres (Bogdan Pawlowski) in March 2010.
