- The Felicity shopping and entertainment centre is located approx. 4 kms and to the south east of the city centre in Lublin. The two-storey shopping centre is anchored by a 11.200 sqm Auchan hypermarket, Leroy Merlin (9.650 sqm), Media Markt (4.034 sqm) and a 9-screen Cinema City multiplex (inaugurated in July 2015). The second phase will add some further big box retailers and added car places. Atrium European Real Estate sold Atrium Felicity (along withAtrium Koszalin) to ECE in 2019.
