- Shopping arcade situated on both side of Gorkistrasse. It was renovated in 1996 by an amount of 15 mn. EUR. It was once again remodelled in 2006 after Bauhaus left the centre. HGHI and Maruhn Real Estate Investment acquired Tegel Center in 2015 and plan its 200 M € remodelling/extension (+ 12.000 sqm). When completed, the refurbished Tegel Center will be anchored by Karstadt.
