Le Piazze shopping centre is the remodelling/expansion of the 16.000 sqm Metalmark shopping centre located south west of Brescia, half way between Brescia and Crema, by the SS 235. First phase was the creation a 8.000 sqm Carrefour hypermarket, 2 medium-sized stores and some 40 shops. In the second phase, the Metalmark building was remodelled to accomodate Metalmark (reduced to 10.000 sqm), two medium-sized stores and some 20 shops. Owner : Metalmark.
