- A project of "city center" by the Elterwerdär Platz railway station in a large urban scheme developed by Berlin authorities in the eastern part of the city (Marzahn) : Biesdorf Süd (142 hectares, 8000 inhabitants, 180 000 sqm of office area). Both the underground and regional trains service this new district. The main anchor is a 12.500 sqm Kaufland megastore. Cerberus, which developed Biesdorf Center, sold it to Greenman for € 79 M in 2018.
