Located in London's east end Straford City is right next of the Olympic Stadium. The regeneration of the area will see substantial housing development providing 500 new homes and a possible further 3,500 homes in and around Stratford. The development benefits from excellent accessibility and transport links and is also well connected to the road network through East London (A12, A11, A13 linking to M25/M11. The 5-storey shopping centre is anchored by John Lewis, M&S, Waitrose and a Vue multiplex cinema. The two upper floors are dedicated to leisure and restaurants.
