Southside

Southside is a shopping centre in Wandsworth located in South West London, at the junction of the A3 and Garratt Lane. Anchored by a Waitrose supermarket, a 14-screen Cineworld cinema, Virgin Active Life Centre, Southside is one of London's largest shopping centres in terms of its ground floor square footage, attracting more than 7 million visitors per year. Opening of TK Maxx on 2.790 sqm and New Look on 1.115 sqm Summer 2010. Owned by Metro Shopping Fund LP (joint venture between Delancey and Land Securities) Southside continues to benefit from further development and an improving tenant mix. An extension of some 9.300 sqm anchored by Debenhams opened end 2015. In 2017, Invesco bought the 50% stakes owned by Delancey for 150 M £.
