- The Royal Exchange Building is located in the City's central financial district, near the Bank of England and the Stock Exchange. The scheme comprises 52 retail units, with 16 newly created boutiques and stores within the courtyard. The retail development has brought the West End into the heart of the city, with a number of luxury boutiques benefitting from the proximity to the time poor but cash rich office occupants in London's financial heartland. Occupiers include numerous juwellers as well as Hermes and Paul Smith. IBRC sold it to the Canadian fund OMERS (Oxford Properties) for 86,5 M £ end 2013.
