Four-storey shopping arcade located in the vicinity of Bullring. Marks & Spencer, H&M and Waterstones are its main anchors. Primark acquired the building from the UBS Triton Fund for some 40 M £ in July 2014. Primark plans to open over half of the building, one of its largest stores by now.
