Anchored by a Harvey Nichols, this is a quiet, multi use development accomodating two hotels, several hair salons and spas, and a small but exclusive clutch of designer shops. The scheme also includes 144 apartments. Brockton Capital and Milligan bought the Mailbox from its developers Alan Chatham and Mark Billingham for 127.1 M £ in April 2011. Harvey Nichols doubled the size of its store (to reach 4.180 sqm) and an Everyman cinema opened end 2014. Works were completed November 2015.
