Waverley Mall (Princes Mall)

Princes Mall (formerly known as The Waverley Shopping Centre) is located on the south side of Princes Street, Edinburgh's premier shopping throughfare and is directly adjacent to Waverley Station (annual footfallestimated to be in the region of 20 million people a year). Waverley Mall (ex Princes Mall) is a two-storey covered Shopping Centre, which offers a range of shops but mainly high street stores Warehouse, Oasis etc. In 2014, Starwood Capital Group and Catalyst Capital acquired it from the Premier Property Group. A refurbishment of the mall was completed Spring 2016. The centre was then rebranded Waverley Mall. Moorgarth acquired the scheme in March 2017 and won consent for its expansion in 2019.
