The Merrion Centre offers shopping and leisure as well as offices, and includes a bowling alley, a nightclub and several public houses. Owner : Town Centre Securities. An extension of 7.430 sqm for 7 new units has been developed next to the new 13.500 seat Leeds Arena. The former Merrion hotel has been refurbished to accomodate a new hotel and restaurants including one developed by Marco-Pierre White.
