The majority of brands available can only be found exclusively in Metquarter. Developer : Richardsons/Milligan. Irish Bank Resolution Corporation acquired it in 2007 for some 85 M £. Columbus Capital Management (Schroders) acquired it end 2012 for 21 M £ and sold it to Queensberry Real Estate and Bywater Properties for some 19 M £ in 2016. A redevelopment is planned to tranform Met Quarter into a premium-dining destination.
