- Like the adjacent Leclerc Seclin shopping centre (open in 2009), this retail park developed by Immobilière Frey takes place south of Lille, on a former industrial site "Parc Unexpo" and by the A1 highway (Paris). It accomodates some 30 stores. It was on the same area that a Domus project was under study a time ago.
