Kaufpark Eiche

Located north of Berlin, the tow-level Kaufpark Eiche is situated by the Landsberger Allee (like the Allee Center and the LEP). Among the latest openings : TK Maxx and the Nike and S.Oliver outlet stores. In January 2014, it was acquired by Morgan Stanley and Redos (along with 3 other shopping centres HavelPark, Kaufpark Dresden, Wust Center Brandenburg forming the Christie portfolio) from a consortium lead by Prudential. Madison International Realty acquired the Morgan Stanley stake in the Christie porfolio in December 2016. Renovation of Kaufpark Eiche was completed in September 2017.
