Retail park located next to the "Polígono Industrial Pisa" business area and Ciudad Expo, between the Guadalquivir river and the future public transport hub (metro, bus) currently under construction. The project was initialy initiated by UGC Cité Ciné. It was then developed by Grupo Promocional Actur, which sold it to Indexa. The scheme doesn't include a multiplex cinema any more. It accomodates five medium-sized stores including Media Markt (4.980 sqm), Toys 'R' Us (3.250 sqm) as well as a Burger King restaurant. Developer : Parque S.J.C
