The Galeria Pestka shopping centre was developed by Mobel Walther Objekt Poznan, north of Poznan, just next to Plaza Centers, with Marko Cash and Carry on the other side. It is anchored by a Carrefour hypermarket (10.500 sqm), Bricomarché (which replaced Praktiker in 2017 - 10.500 sqm), Saturn and C&A (1.800 sqm). It was sold to PBW II Estate Fund for some 85 M Euros in February 2007. In 2011, it was acquired by Blackstone (King's Street Retail).
