Fashion Arena Outlet Center

Developed by TK Development and GVA, this factory outlet centre is located east of the city, at the junction of Prumyslova and Streboholska speedways (opposite to Europark). the first phase of the project represented 70 shops and 12 bars and restaurants. Phase 2 (7.200 sqm, 36 units) opened in October 2010. In March 2012, the centre was put up for sale for 76,5 M €. TK Development and LMS Outlets (75%/25%) sold it to Meyer Bergman in February 2014 for 71,5 M €. It is now owned by VIA Outlets (the JV between APG, Hammerson, Meyer Bergman and Value Retail).
