Exona retail park

Retail park completing the Marques Avenue A6 factory outlet centre (originally Art de Vivre Corbeil shopping centre). The stores are located around the parking lot. It accomodates among others Babou, Gemo (3.600 sqm), C&A. Kiabi, and the first Jysk store in France. But in 2011, it lost its main anchor, Castorama, relocated in Villabé (see Plaine Robin) In 2016, the PREF Fund sold it to Carval Investors which are currently remodelling and extending it by 7.000 sqm to accomodate 11 new shops. Opening scheduled Fall 2018. It will then be rebranded Discount Center.
Retail park complétant le centre de magasins d'usine "Marques Avenue A6" (à l'origine le centre commercial Art de Vivre Corbeil). Les magasins sont situés autour du parking. Il comprend notamment Babou, Gemo (3.600 m2) C&A, Kiabi et le premier magasin Jysk en France. Mais en 2011, il a perdu sa locomotive principale, Castorama, transférée à Villabé (voir Plaine Robin). En 2016, PREF Fund a cédé Exona á Carval Investors, qui a entrepris sa rénovation et son extension (7.000 m2 pour 11 nouvelles unités. Ouverture prévue Automne 2018. Il prendra alors le nom de Discount Center.
