Arneken Galerie is a three-storey shopping arcade downtown Hildesheim (over 100.000 inhabitants), south of Hannover. It is situated in the old city, in the vicinity of the Altes Rathaus (old City Hall) and the Dom (cathedral) and is directly connected to the pedestrian area. It is anchored by Saturn, H&M, DM, Spiele Max...but doesn't include a food anchor. Developers : Multi Development / Sparkasse Hildesheim. Corio acquired the project in March 2010 which is now in the Klepierre porfolio.
