Second project Maison + developed by Ikea and Sopic after Henin Beaumont (see Lille). Maison+ Reims is located on a 32 hectares plot next to the existing retail park Parc Millesime (Gaumont Multiplexe, Jardiland...) and the Carrefour Tinqueux shopping centre. It is anchored by a 17.000 sqm Ikea store (inaugurated in August 2010). The centre changed of name in November 2011 to become Champea Shopping.
Deuxième projet Maison + développé par Ikea et Sopic après celui de Henin Beaumont (voir Lille). Il se situe sur une emprise foncière de 32 hectares à proximité du parc d'activités existant (Gaumont, Jardiland...) et du centre commercial Carrefour Tinqueux. Un magasin Ikea de 17.000 m2 (inauguré en août 2010) en est la locomotive. Le centre a été rebaptisé en novembre 2011 Champéa Shopping.
