Regional shopping centre located by the A23 motorway (exit Udine Nord), next to the Udine trade fair. It has been twice extended (last one in 2003) and is anchored by an Iper hypermarket and a 11-screen multiplex cinema. A new extension and the creation of an outlet centre of 30.000 sqm are under way and is due sometime in2014. Two other phases are scheduled by 2015 and 2016.
