This shopping centre is located on the street leading to the French border (Col de Tende). It is anchored by a 7.500 sqm Auchan hypermarket and the shopping arcade accomodates some 45 shops. A 9.000 retail park is completing the shopping hub : Decathlon, Euronics, Brico Center, OVS Industry. The centre was sold to Morgan Stanley in October 2013 with 14 other Immochan properties (Immochan keeping a minority stake).
