- Shopping centre located south of the city, by the SS 16 and in the vicinity of the "Ancona Sud" exit of the A14 highway. When opened in 1994, it was knowned under the name of "Conero" and was anchored by a Joyland hypermarket. The centre was sold along with 14 other properties by Immochan to Morgan Stanley in October 2013 (Immochan keeping a minority stake) for 635 M €.
