- Renovation of the historic building of the "Stazione Marittima di Napoli" (built in 1936 by Cesare Bazzani). It accomodates a shopping arcade "La Galleria del Mare", congress facilities, restaurants... targeting both tourists and locals. Investors : Nuovo Terminal Napoli Spa (20% Royal Caribbean, 20% Costa Crociere, 20% Marinvest, 20% Terminal Trade, 10% Interschip srl, 5% MSC crociere, 5% Autorita Portuale di Napoli).
