- A downtown 4-storey shopping arcade in the vicinity of Breite Strasse, and connected to the Karstadt department store and the Neumarkt Galerie. Developed by ECE, it formerly accomodated some 50 shops. But since March 2006, it is occupied by the Globetrotter "Erlebnisswelt" department store dedicated to outdoor sports and leisure. (7.000 sqm sales area). Axa Investment Managers sold it to Kristensen Properties in 2007 which sold it to HIH in 2012.
