Factory outlet part of the Megapark Barakaldo shopping hub, anchored by major anchors like Ikea, Leroy Merlin... (see Megapark Barakaldo). When Resolution Property acquired Megapark for some 200 M Euros in 2006, they decided to transform the shopping arcade initially scheduled (10.000 sqm GLA,60 shops and 3 medium-sized stores) into the first factory outlet of the region : "Park Avenue", accomodating some 70 shops on 20.000 sqm. In Sept 2015, Lar Espana Real estate acquire the Megapark shopping hub for 170 M€. Developer : Realm.
