- Major tenants include John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, H&M and Next as well as many more. Ideal central location with a large weekly footfall. The commercial hub is completed by the "West Quay Retail Village" retail park. Hammerson PLC sold 50% of it to GIC Real Estate (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation) for £299 million in July 2007. A planning application for an extension including leisure facilities (with a multiplex cinema) and restaurants on a 4 ha plot adjacent to the centre and facing the city's historic walls has been submited by Hammerson in April 2013 (See Watermark WestQuay). John Lewis remodelled its lower ground floor to accomodate a 465 sqm Little Waitrose unit (opened Sept 2014).
