The Grafton

Situated in the heart of Cambridge The Grafton Centre is an enclosed shopping centre, initially opened 1983 and refurbished and extended 1995 and 2004. It is anchored by Debenhams, Next, a Vue cinema (8 screens) and 420 seat food court. Outside the covered area additional ownerships includes most of the north side of Fitzroy Street and some individual units on Burleigh Street. Two car parks provide 1,100 spaces. Primark is situated adjacent to the main entrance of The Grafton. M&G Real Estate sold the Grafton to Legal & General in 2015. The shopping is currently under refurbishment. Phase 1 saw the opening of the first Decathlon store in Cambridge.
