This three-storey shopping arcade mainly accomodates upper-range shops ( Aigner, Jil Sander, Lacoste, Bally...) as well as a Rewe supermarket. Muji opened there its first store in Germany in 2005. In 2006, Walter Brune sold it to ECE and Meryll Lynch (then Blackstone). The remodelling/renovation was completed by Fall 2011. In April 2014, Allianz acquired it for some 300 M €. ECE remains in charge of the management of the mall.
