This downtown development was part of the plan to rise the shopping status of Cambridge. Anchor stores include Zara, H&M and Bank. Location opposite new Grand Arcade Scheme (with John Lewis opened in Autumn 2007 and the whole shopping centre opened Spring 2008) guarantees heavy footfall. It is situated between listed buildings of Christ's and Emmanuel College's which are tourist attractions which also adds to the potential customer base. Land Securities sold it for 33 M £ to Henderson Global Investors in February 2011.
