- The centre has a prime location in the Kingston town centre having been constructed in the sixties. It is anchored by Boots , H&M, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's. It is included in the Eden Quarter project and its regeneration project was approved by local authorities in 2016. In 2012 British Land acquired a 50% stake for 41,5M £ from Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) which keeps the remaining 50% stake.
