- The centre is in a good location at the heart of Reading Town and can ensure a large footfall, especially given the sheer number of units in the shopping centre. It is anchored by TK Maxx, New Look and Wilko. Ivy Park sold it to Inception Holdings in 2015. Since then the centre was refurbished and Inception Holdings has submitted application in 2017 to create a mixed-use urban market constructed from 16 stacked shipping containers in High Street Mall.
