Retail park located some 5 km north of Belfast, adjacent to a large Marks & Spencer store and close to the Abbey Centre. It occupies two plots of land which aren't linked by now and is anchored by Tesco and B&Q. Some studies are under way to link the two parts and extend some of the stores. Homebase and TK Maxx are also located in the vicinity. Investors : Hammerson Plc which acquired it in 2006.
