- CastleCourt Shopping Centre is the prime shopping centre in central Belfast and houses mainstream retailers. Anchors for the centre include Debenhams, Boots, GAP, Principles, Warehouse, Quicksilver and TK Maxx. There is a proposal to extend the centre by some 49.200 sq m, more than doubling the size of the centre, which is in the pipeline. Owners : Westfield, Hermes, the Westfield UK Shopping Centre Fund. In February 2012 Hermes took full control of Castlecourt by acquiring the 33% stakes owned by Westfield.
