Project developed by Hochtief in the city centre of Offenbach, the Komm (Kaufhaus Offenbach/Main-Mitte) shopping centre is located on the site formerly occupied by the Post on Aliceplatz and between Grosser and Kleiner Markstrasse. The 3-storey shopping centre is completed by 7.000 sqm of offices. It also accomodates a food market. Investors :AIMCo. A revamping of Komm is under way.
